Employee experience is highly dependent on the client you're working with not much that HR can do if we see any seemingly unfair business practices by the clients atmosphere is too relaxed and laid back, benefits are basic and minimal, even the staff does not seem to be well trained in terms of interacting professionally with the employees

Hassle free employment journey. Sourcing associates were very responsive throughout the hiring process. Fast forward to my NHO, I went to one of their offices in Ortigas. The office looks and feels so cozy! The Facility Admin were very accomodating. They guided us were to go, served the best tasting brewed coffee and even served us lunch! They also have specific people person who will assist you regarding your concern/s.
