its fully work from home no office visit ,flexible work hours,if you manage to get in a good project and under a decent manager work life balance and learning will be good.

No hike past 2 years ,worst HR management system ,Bad application process with no responses.

Fast application - review and entry, Large number of students gained "experience". Private health care. Good equipment

No clear instructions on the company infrastructure. Really bad communication with the HR and Management. Probation period consists of mostly random Udemy courses with no clear connection. Layoffs are coordinated and overall the company doesn't really give you a chance.
