There is No career development

They will offer a lot of base to buy people from the market.

It’s literally death of talent in case of a Senior SDE. Higher ups only want you deliver anything and everything as per them. They judge you by asking others whether person was available 24*7. There is literally no tech design discussion, nobody to even hear you out. Technical people are treated as garbage who can be put in any dustbin(project) as per their need. They only look at managers and people who are ready to say “YES sir” all the time. There is no day or night concept or weekends. Product team would sell Apple as Orange to any customers and then leaders would force tech to build anything which should look like Orange. Then they deploy it and tech people would be forced to support this lemon. If you are from Tech side, love technology and love to code, design and build a product never ever join this company. Do talk to people on LinkedIn and they would tell you the reality. Only speak to Tech people and not Managers as they would never expose what they do here and only blame higher management expectations. No career growth scope for a Senior SDE here unless you are from AJIO or Snapdeal.
