Pros
Growth if you are a newbie
Cons
had the misfortune of working at Cyberback, and it was an experience I would rather forget. From the start, I was met with an incredibly toxic culture that made every workday feel like a battle. Crab Mentality Among Employees: One of the most frustrating aspects was the prevalent crab mentality among the staff. Instead of supporting each other and celebrating successes, colleagues seemed more interested in pulling each other down. The level of competitiveness and jealousy was astounding, making it nearly impossible to foster any sort of teamwork or camaraderie. It felt like everyone was only out for themselves, which created a hostile and unproductive atmosphere. Narcissistic Leadership: The leadership at this company was equally disappointing. The boss was a textbook narcissist, constantly seeking validation and praise while belittling and demeaning the team. Constructive feedback was non-existent, and instead, we were subjected to unreasonable demands and criticism. The lack of empathy and understanding from the management was staggering, leaving employees feeling undervalued and stressed. Lack of Growth Opportunities: Beyond the toxic interactions, the company offered little in terms of career growth and development. Promotions and recognition were rarely based on merit but rather on favoritism and personal connections. This further fueled the toxic environment, as it became clear that hard work and dedication were not enough to advance. Conclusion: Overall, my time at CYBERBACKER was disheartening and demoralizing. The toxic culture, crab mentality, and narcissistic leadership created an unbearable work environment that I would not wish on anyone. I strongly advise potential employees to think twice before joining this company, as there are far better opportunities out there that offer a supportive and positive work culture. GOODLUCK
