Pros
Work Life balance depends on the team, but in my time we have amazing work life balance.
3 days WFH policy.
Tech stack is good and coding practices are followed strictly.
Cons
Cvent cleverly cuts back on the costs where they can, like the medical insurance they provide is for very nominal account, the employer's pf contribution is the minimum (1800INR), you can't encash any leaves, if you had to work on weekends due to some urgent work you won't get a compensatory paid off.
Too much bureaucracy, doing a simple task will take too much time as there are too many levels of approvals.
