      Fast-paced, great company culture, diverse, Seniors value new opinions

      Cons

      They're more of a "follower" as far as benefits go. No bank holidays off, no fertility benefits, provide the minimum 12 weeks maternity leave, low paternity leave, salaries are not negotiable, promotions only happen twice a year so you have to "wait" for your turn.
