Turning to pay, we believe in recognising our people for the contribution they make and doing all we can to reward the efforts of people. Therefore, we strive to offer competitive pay and benefits. A pay review takes place once a year where we look at the amount we can pay (the budget), functional benchmarks including market data and trends, salary history, comparison to peers, etc., and finally an individual’s contribution including their contribution to the team, function and Computacenter. This is also their achievement of objectives and goals, and behaviours.
