- Customers are entitled and never happy on where you sit them
- Pay is terrible compared to other restaurants (worked for nearly 2 years and no talks of promotion/raise)
- Managers play favorites with employees and will treat the ones they don't like bad
- Incredibly boring job when its slow, but insanely stressful on busy nights
- Too many busy work tasks like bussing tables and bathroom checks even when its not your responsibility as a host
- Managers don't take criticism, they'll write you up instead of trying to problem solve.
- You can get randomly scheduled doubles even when you didn't ask for them
