You’re literally getting paid dust to make millions with no extra incentive for it because the company is cheap and refuses to pay commission. Unqualified managers: the managers there don’t seem to know what they’re doing and seem not to have a qualifications for the position they’re holding. As a brand ambassador, I shouldn’t be teaching you, a manager, how to do your job but you’re getting paid more than me yet you’re still able to micromanage me even though I’m doing your job for you while doing my job. Zero room for growth
