How are flexible working hours at Cactus Communications?

Most teams believe in people empowerment, no strict hierarchial feeling, approachable management, L&D sessions for upskilling, work from home, flexible hours (for most roles), curiosity is encouraged, etc. A good place to work in terms of learning and great culture.

WLB not yet sorted for all roles, pay scale needs to be higher and match workload.

Not much to mention since job was freelancing and was WFH. Intermittent training and assessment could be done.

They do not value my time. The pay is much too low for the amount of expertise they expect you to have.

Great work-life balance, especially for female employees. Flexible hours allow better time management, cancellation of jobs during sickness/unexpected events, and hassle-free time off during vacations. Constant guidance on how to improve our working methods. Salary can be increased by putting in more work hours.

There is no transparency about the next job level, that is, I am not sure where I am headed. There is no transparency about the salaries of peers or seniors. Interaction among employees is minimum, but perhaps some prefer it this way.
