      - Senior management don't care for anyone below them - Bonus and payrises are not competitive - No flexibility - Project work usually chaotic because it's thrown down by the CEO More cons than pros. Since return to office mandate 2 years ago the culture has stayed bad with senior management polling very poorly on employee engagement, not really listening to employee, band aid treatment to serious company culture issues. Employee attrition rate very high.

      * Modern, well-equipped office space. * Friendly and supportive colleagues at the non-management level.

      Cons

      * Leadership often avoids addressing mistakes consistently, sometimes overlooking issues when it involves favored individuals. * Some senior staff appear disengaged yet still receive recognition, which can feel discouraging to others. * Management tends to micromanage and relies on subjective evaluations over objective performance. * High performers may feel undervalued or overlooked, while others are favored based on personality rather than results. * When mistakes happen, the manager’s common response is “I’ll just do it,” which comes across as impatient and avoids coaching opportunities. This discourages learning and affects team morale. * Feedback channels don’t feel open or responsive. * Limited flexibility, below-average compensation, and modest benefits. Advice to Job Seekers: Consider carefully whether this is the right environment for your growth. While the office and team are positive at the peer level, the leadership culture may not support development or recognition in a fair and consistent way.

      Many colleagues were lovely, but most of them were looking for new jobs due to recent redundancies and dreadful atmosphere.

      Cons

      Treated like an easily replaceable commodity, expected to take on additional work from leavers for nothing in exchange. No flexibility to work from home, required to be in the office 5 days a week. Lower than market compensation. High staff turnover, and heavy/messy workload as a result.
