they will hire immediately and fire immediately. But one good thing is they will give 3 months time to exit.

after moving to bench within 45 days, HR forced me to resign and they gave 3month salary. No job security... they will hire and fire the people just like tissue paper. I dont recommend Brillio to anyone..
