What is the salary like at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy?

pay is good, hybrid schedule, OT and bonus

None good company no grace period to clock in though

So unorganized, no one communicates, a complete mess from all depts.

Very Micromanage and must meet goals

Pros: great pay and cheap insurance under Elevance

Chauvinistic upper management, no work/life balance, terrible hiring process (managers were told to just fill seats with "trainable" candidates), no guidance, no managerial training, and layoffs without notice

Competitive pay, benefits and hybrid schedules

Toxic work environment, managers following employees into the restroom to time them. They do not give adequate training and still want to micromanage work

They do offer hybrid positions which can be nice and the benefits

Micromanagement, over-worked, small merit increases, poor pay

Management and coworkers were ok.

The pay was too little.

Great benefits. Decent work culture. Decent pay

Money focused and not patient focused. A lot of changes have made people not want to stick around

Annual Salary was great during my time there.

Commission package was great in the beginning, but got worse once they were acquired by Elevance Health.
