Guide other companies on good leadership but own leadership style is outdated. Toxic management, company with high turnover rate. Join only if you need a salary. They pay you peanuts, expect you to sell your soul by being always ready and available to work for them, even at the last minute when you are going home. No such thing as work life balance here.

There is nothing good at all

The organizational culture is suboptimal, with unclear job scopes and a lack of standardized procedures across projects. Additionally, there is a tendency toward micromanagement, and the leadership capabilities within management appear to be insufficient.

I gained hands-on experience with a wide range of research methodologies and developed strong skills in project management, market research, and analytics. The projects were diverse and meaningful, and the team was generally supportive and collaborative.

Workload can be quite demanding, with frequent after-hours work that isn’t compensated. During busy periods, maintaining work-life balance can be a challenge. Management tends to micro-manage / nitpick.
