What is the salary like at Attain ABA Therapy?

The pay is competitive and you are able to create your own schedule by accepting the cases that you are interested in working.

Not everyone working a case are honest. parents, adults, or employees in a location that you work at might say something happened that didn't, and you then have to try to convince clinicians and management that it didn't happen, usually your word against theirs. Chances are they won't believe you.

Slow hours in the summer

I started working here as a Behavior Technician in January and I really love it so far. This company trains all RBTs and offers great pay rates. They are also flexible and work around your schedule, so if you are a parent or have a second job, they will accommodate you.

Depending on where you live, some of the meetings with your BCBA may be virtual, but Attain does their best to accommodate RBTs.
