      Pros

      Co workers are nice,decent discount

      Cons

They updated the dress code to 3 shades literally the most strict dress code at a clothing store. Customers love seeing what employees are wearing and it SELLS when they see employees express their sense of fashion how are employees supposed to do that with 3 shades to pick from? Do better Ardene.
