What are pay raises like at Arcadis?

salary is really low, it doesn't reflect the work I am doing. particuarly for long served employee, it is very hard to get a pay raise.

- Your manager / project manager greatly affects your quality of projects, as well as how much you are advocated for in terms of promotions and pay raises

Inclusive cultures, good educational materials, people are skilled

The salary increase is very slow and non-transparent, with unrealistic budgets and goals set for the business to disguise the collective agreement.

Publicly traded so shareholder price drives the business. Low pay and no good raises, but there is magically budget for new hires. Removed DEI from USA due to political pressure.

Tiny yearly compensation increase, performance bonuses are not automatic, sick leaves not refundable, increase of responsibilities but not in salary is commonplace.

Awesome projects and opportunities. You can choose your own path and build your network. Very flexible with WFH and hours.

Difficult to get a raise that is market rate. Not a lot of mentorship.
