Great and fast growing company, plenty of growth opportunities, communicative management, supportive superiors

None really. They talk a lot of talk but that’s it.

Care more about the bottom dollar than the fact that all the extra work is causing their managers to burn out. This job put me in the hospital and when I reached out for help, I was told all the other managers were handling it fine. So it was me and not them. They don’t care about you, you’re only a number.

Great management. The people who work here are great! I look forward to going to work.

There aren’t many cons. They listen to feedback and adapt to change.

The health insurance can be extremely expensive for a family

Overworked. Not trying to hire staff to help out. Typical corporate "promos" that cause chaos in the midst of everyday life.

Great people, Good environment with coworkers

Lack of transparency to company future. Management doesn't live the words they speak.

Corporate stays out of the hospital for the most part for the staff and doctors, primarily deals with the PM, bonuses, somewhat flexible schedules, hr support, i have autonomy in my position to do what i need to do as a manager.

Its just a hard job but there is support. Insurance is good but expensive.
