What are pay raises like at Access Healthcare (India)?

TL and manager are not good full of politics

Higher Management is very bad in almost every process, ER(HR) they never listens to you, they only wants to please the higher management, less salary, you can't go out after 8 pm the guards will stops you at the gate after 8 pm like you are some kind of prisoner there
