Team was always restructuring. It was hard to grow when team keeps being changed, merged or redesigned. Will put you on a PIP instead of let you go.

very very very poor training. they assume you came in from the frontline, so if you came from another financial institution, they do no training for their very complicated computer systems. a few half days and a handful of examples, and you're sent out to work.

It comes down to the type of manager you have. If you have a bad manager, you may struggle within the organization.
