Itâs a great tool when used and adopted across the project. You really need to get buy in that all change related work will be done in the tool and youâre not having to duplicate reports by building slides to show duplicate info. Otherwise your change team will be doing all their work twice

Curious about tools in the market and how theyâre used in M&A, specifically pre-close

ChangeScout hasnât been heavily used pre-close for M&A (yet). Many other HC tools have. Variety of reasons as to why, but a key reason is the type of data that are being stored (is it CI? Can we co-mingle data sets when still separate companies?) in the cloud and the risk potential were there to be a hack.

Would love to try it... But none of the projects I've been off seem keen on paying for it

Mostly GPS Tech Implementation. It comes up in name a lot, but leadership usually decides not to pursue
