Job Summary

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system-related issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Deliver remote desktop support to users ensuring quick resolution of technical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues.
