Graduate Trainee Program (Content Creator / Digital Media)
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Kickstart your creative career with our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program. Gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand development while working on real campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan, develop, and execute content ideas aligned with branding and marketing strategies
• Shoot and edit videos for social media and promotional use
• Design basic visual content such as posters, social media posts, and marketing materials
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Stay updated with current trends and incorporate them into content strategies
• Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Passionate in content creation and social media
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh ideas
• Comfortable in front of camera and/or behind the scenes
• Basic skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Program Structure (9 Months)

• 1 week Soft Skills Training
• 8 months & 3 weeks On-the-Job Training.
