The Indiana Leadership Team got together for their quarterly gathering - lots of time to connect, collaborate, and enjoy a little friendly competition (with prizes, of course). In between the games and laughs, they stayed focused on what matters most: aligning on our goals and finding new ways to better support our teams and the members we serve.
We’re hiring Washington-licensed Counselors (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT and/or Certified SUDP) in Montesano! 🌲 Here’s what makes this role different: you’ll focus on what you love – leading 3-4 group therapy sessions daily – while a full care team (prescribers, navigators, peer coaches) handles the rest. No weekends, 4-day hybrid schedule, and real work-life balance with wellbeing time off. Plus, our Clinical Bridge Program means you’ve got a clear path forward if you want to grow. 👉Apply today: https://careers-groupsrecovertogether.icims.com/jobs/6755/substance-use-counselor/job
Last month, we had the privilege of bringing our 2025 National Excellence and Founders Award winners to Boston for a celebration they so deeply deserved. These incredible team members represent the very best of who we are: showing up every day for our members with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to recovery. We are incredibly proud to foster a culture of excellence at Groups. When we recognize excellence in our teams, we know it translates directly into better experiences and stronger outcomes for the members we serve. The care, integrity, and heart you bring to this work ripple far beyond your own offices and into the lives of individuals and families across our communities. To our award winners: thank you for everything you bring to this mission. Your work changes lives every single day, and we are so proud to celebrate you.
Shoutout to our Florida Leadership Team who spent Friday giving back to the local community at Second Harvest Food Bank. 💛 The team helped package food for local families, from scooping meat and veggies to wrapping waffles and washing dishes, all while working alongside other volunteers who share a passion for helping others. The team reported that with their phones and laptops set aside, it was a chance to truly unplug, connect, and focus on serving together. Grateful for this incredible group of humans and the impact they make - in our communities and every day at work.

On National Rural Health Day, we’re proud to reflect on our commitment to expanding healthcare access in rural communities. At Groups, we know that everyone deserves the chance to heal, no matter where they live. We’re dedicated to overcoming the unique challenges rural areas face, from long travel distances to limited healthcare resources. Through our flexible care model, we bring recovery support directly to those who need it most—whether it’s through virtual visits or local centers, we’re making recovery more accessible and affordable. Today, and every day, we stand by our mission to break down barriers and ensure that healthcare is available to every person, in every corner of the country. Because recovery knows no boundaries. #NationalRuralHealthDay #HealthcareForAll #GroupsRecoverTogether
