How much does a Document Processor make in Ireland?

Hi all. First time posting here. Looking for advice! What steps are recommended to become an insurance underwriter? I’m working on my third year in the insurance business and I’ve already jumped around from Service to an agent assistant and now a sales agent.

I was a personal lines underwriter for about 9 years then moved into sales with 2 different carriers for the last 8 years. Thinking about getting back into the UW side.... Will carriers take on UW's that do not have any formal designations these days or is that a "must have" to land an UW job today?

I worked as a lender at the credit union for 2 years in Canada. I manage consumer, ag and comm files, am pretty comfortable with clients and getting complicated lending cases completed or organized. I want to pivot into similar role in one of big 5 banks (RBC, Scotia, TD etc) with a pay increase. I do not have CSC but completed Moody’s Ag and Commercial and NCL Financial Analysis 1-2. Is it realistic or is pay cut inevitable? I would appreciate any thoughts and recommendations.

Just looking for some advice. I’m currently a mortgage underwriter, previously a processor and relationship banker and pretty much kept falling upwards to get here. I’m looking to reposition my career to being a financial advisor, but I find switching has been pretty challenging. Any advice on things I can do to make myself more appealing to an employer?
