No current reports for Application Developer Programmer Analyst salaries in Ireland

Hello everyone! After being laid off the second time (last year) I was a receptionist for a medical office, I tried going back to my “roots” as an admin assistant as you can probably imagine that didn’t work. Which lead me into a rabbit hole of what I’ve done in the past and what I liked about each job. How are people getting jobs any more and how did you decide what to pivot into? I am very fortunate to have a job. I’ve assisted with new hire orientation and driver training in a previous job.

Looking to leave public accounting after 4 busy seasons. Was told I would have been promoted to manager this year if not for being a remote worker. What should my salary expectations for applying elsewhere be? I don’t want to take a pay cut but want to be realistic when job hunting. Do I look for jobs with better hours but less pay? I feel under paid now so am hesitant to do so
