      Pros

      Doesn't feel like a 'big corporate' in a good way! Management are very accessible and there's a strong collaboration between teams and business areas. Everyone is friendly, no egos! I actually look forward to coming to work.

      Cons

      The one-day p/week (maximum) WFH might put some people off but personally I'm fine with it. You can either chose that, or a nine-day fortnight which not many companies offer.
