      Pros

      beqom is super fast paced with a lot of momentum on the market. It's a place for people who are willing to work hard, change fast and move quickly. While the company is well established there is a sense of start up spirit within it. There is a real passion for doing the right thing by customers and delivering to them products that can genuinely close their pay gaps and keep it closed, deliver on pay transparency and ensure seamless compensation rounds are delivered flawlessly. There are genuinely great career opportunity and mobility options for everyone who's willing to go for it.

      Cons

      Due to the fast moving nature of this environment, it takes a lot of hard work to keep the momentum in the right direction.

      Transformation and change is constant

      Pros

      It’s a fast paced b2b environment with large enterprise customers. People care a lot for each other and outcomes. A lot of smart people are trying to build new solutions to complicated problems - and they are really passionate about it. There is a big transformation underway and things are moving fast.

      Lots of change can be unsettlingly

      In-office policy decreasing morale

      Pros

      Coworkers are genuinely nice, smart, and caring.

      Cons

      The recent change in policy from 3x a week in office to 4x a week in office with enforced Monday and Friday & tracking is really decreasing trust and morale within the company. The sentiment that there will be no discussion and that people can either "like it or go" is having people do exactly that. The world has changed to a more flexible work approach but we are going backwards rather than forwards. This will likely impact employee retention and hiring as people expect a more flexible arrangement. I really hope they reconsider this policy and bring back more flexibility.
