-Horrible management across all departments, insane level of micromanagement. -Management are never barely ever qualified to do the duties of the team they manage. -Increasing level of KPIs and expectations over time - the company used to be able quality over quantity and this has completed reversed. -No room for growth whatsoever, and if you do happen to change position do not expect a raise as it's not a "lateral move" -Be prepared to take on additional tasks, for no additional rewards -HR are always breathing down your neck at any opportunity, don't ever dare be late as you will be disciplined -Company is politically motivated, coercing employees to follow/support ongoing wars against an oppressed people - insisting all employees who to support. Even suggesting donating money to certain political groups

If you asked me within my first year or two, I'd have filled up the Pros section. Wix has been on a downhill slope for around two years now. The Dublin office at the minute has a weird tension, and I'm remote. It's been brewing for quite some time. Pay freezes in place for over two years now, yet we're constantly told about the millions in profits Wix is making - it's bizarre, especially with the cost of living increasing as quick as it is. Almost like a slap in the face. Wix used to feel like people over profit, and now it's evident is values profit over people by a longshot. They don't care about the employees. There's no motivation to work anymore - bit sad really, it was once a company I thought I'd be in for life. They offer no room for growth either unless you're friends with the people in charge. None. Management no longer cares about what we have to say, but who blames them really, they all need their jobs as much as we need ours. There's been a recent issue that was all over the news, and it feels now like the entire office is suffering because of it. Just a weird environment where everyone is waiting to be let go.
