      Overall good firm but at risk of going downhill

      Pros

      Flexibility, remote work, good leadership, good work/life balance and culture (for now)

      Cons

      The firm is getting big and is taking on a more corporate feel. PE is likely to change the culture and probably not for the better. Still a good firm, but I would generally recommend firms that have remained independent over ones backed by PE.
