      Pros

      Fun and engaging industry to work in. It's all about wine, which tends to be a 'low blood pressure' item in most people's lives. It makes the work and clientele a pleasure.

      Cons

      Sometimes we are so busy that getting shipments out on time is a struggle. This can get stressful around the holidays.

      From ownership down this company cares for its employees. Always chase good management! If your willing to work hard this is a great company with lots of room for advancement.

      Always busy but that is also a good thing time fly's in the work day.

      Pros

      I have worked for quite a few different companies, and this one has been the best. This company provides 401K, health, dental, vision, time off and more. The work environment is laid back, modern, and spacious! I am used to working in small cubicles, but most of the office employees are provided an office with room to breathe. They are also have been willing to work with school schedules. This company has been awesome with promoting from within.

      Cons

      Always busy, but if you are looking to develop a solid skill-set, this is the place! Average pay, but employee interaction, workplace environment, and opportunity for advancement make up for that.
