      Good pay, good team, manager was very supportive.

      Cons

      Restricted advice, limited investment options, poor compliance support. Constantly changing plans, structure and direction.

      Very toxic and unlikeable culture. There’s a lot of competition between employees, and the benefits are little.

      Supportive colleagues but poor management communication

      Peers/colleagues that are permanent staff are very loyal and supportive

      Cons

      Lack of psychological safety, with differing viewpoints often not welcomed constructively. Executive decisions changed frequently, creating uncertainty and making it difficult to align on priorities or long-term direction. There appeared to be limited clarity around investment write-offs and strategic accountability. Overall, management communication was inconsistent, leading to confusion and low confidence across teams
