      Supportive recognition, but leadership lacks awareness and grace

      Pros

      Seem nice and try to sell you on the corporate good guys. Will praise good work with more responsibility.

      Cons

      The whole top leadership is out of touch. They will throw their own employees insert the bus to save themselves. Do not expect any grace during hard times as you will not get any you will be judged harshly and expected to prove yourself over and over again.
