"This is just being picky but I feel every company can improve and these are minor things, these are being worked on but this is how it is currently Being a startup makes it stressful, a lot of blockers but this is something the team takes feedback for very well, normal for a startup from what I have heard People are treated differently sometimes in different areas of the business regarding policies etc.. Some might take this as a positive but there is constant change which goes back to my point regarding blockers, management is excellent at explaining why these changes happen." ((in 2 reviews))
