Employees are disposable, they will hire you when they are really busy and make up any excuse to fire you. They will make sure to use there company policy’s against you. If you want to grow professionally with little or no education this is not the company. The pay is ridiculously low, it’s extremely fast paced which I loved. After being there for over 1.5 years they accused me of something I did because of the lack of training they did at the time when I was hired 1.5 years ago, used it against me, sent me to the unemployment department which my claim was denied because I violated company policy. They are very evil!! Management and there gossips have made multiple employees have verbal and physical fights. It’s all drama , they only care about the people they serve and don’t care about employees unless your one of the favorites! You want a job they will appreciate you go work for a fast food, besides they pay better and you get the same benefits just not all the PTO you get here. It’s not worth the $19.60 they pay. If you want to have anxiety, gossip and problems all the time then this is the place to work in.
