Pros

- Great environment to learn in, you can make mistakes and learn from them without fear - Support to get training in areas you would like to learn more about - Option to learn from others in the agency - Very kind people, they really do focus on hiring nice people and smart people. As someone who has worked in some very stressful and competitive agencies, working with nice people who care makes the world of difference - A focused agency, working with luxury hospitality means you can become an expert on this industry - Travel for work depending on your role

Cons

- Understanding there is a difference in working in a small agency versus a big tech company, the on the job experience you get in working in a small agency like here will help you progress in your career so much in the long term, versus some of the benefits way bigger tech companies may be able to offer

Pros

- Fully remote with optional in-office days at the Vancouver WeWork. - Strong core values (not just talk!). - Excellent work-life balance. - Amazing people - no micromanagement, everyone is treated equally, supportive, and always open for a chat or brainstorm. - Transparent communication and leadership. - Fun work and a genuine openness to new ideas - your thoughts are heard, valued, and often shape what comes next. - Great learning and growth opportunities, both in your role and beyond it. - High trust - you’re given real autonomy and the space to do your best work.

Cons

I joined earlier this year, and honestly don’t have any downsides to share yet. It’s a really exciting time to be part of Wallop’s growth.
