      Pros

      Revolving door ! Hopefully I get out as quick as I got in ! Its Local ! You get really good using straightened out clothes hangers for poking at things. I won't be here forever...

      Cons

      Poor wages, Process technician €28,000 You are viewed with contempt from existing workers who treat you like crap. Bullying. Lack of training. Someone keeps hiding my clothes hanger. I'm thinking of keeping it in my locker in future.

      Excellent Benefits Excellent job security Dynamic and fast paced. Good pay Hi Tech with good career prospects (if into management)

      Cons

      Very little path to progression for tech minded but if you're into management, great prospects. Can be frustrating with all the change control. The urge is to drive positive change but needs to be controlled so this tends to pull and push. Because the management aspect is focused, you can end up with a lot of brown nosers above you that dont know what they're doing or talking about trying to serve their egos

      Salary and other benefits aren't too bad

      This is not a place for trade's men or other qualified people. All the skills and qualifications will be lost. Managers have the God complex and screw everyone they can. Impossible to get holidays or days off. Absolutely no prospects in career no matter what
