      Management works hard to bury negative reviews instead of addressing issues.

      Pros

      - People ops team is engaging and has great leadership. If they ran the company, I think more people would want to work here. - If you have a problem they will give you a rubber duck that you are able to talk to and help you solve your problem.

      Cons

      -Forced culture -Little diversity in upper management -Flat-level hierarchy provides little growth -The CEO spends more time doing photoshoots and having articles written about him than crediting the talent that contributes to the company.

      Pros

      Before the pandemic hit, we had awesome perks but the leadership team cut a lot of our benefits to save money. Vincit no longer has that "it factor" compared to other tech employers.

      Cons

      It's sad to see the remains of what used to be a great company to work for. Projects before were engaging and exciting, but now we just take what we can get. I too agree with the other reviewers. The California CEO is so out of touch with reality and can't relate to the team. The culture feels ingenuine and forced. The awards don't matter if you don't practice what you preach.
