Pros

Working for some huge brands was an advantage. That experience helped me to land a better job elsewhere.

Cons

Being an employee here was torture. I was expected to put in long, brutal, and stressful hours. I was supposed to work on the weekends and sacrifice my personal time. There was no support available, and the compensation was a joke. There was no additional pay for overtime. They were cruel.

Pros

I am incredibly grateful to be working at ViewLift. Sports and media is such an exciting and interesting environment to be part of, especially coming from a sports background. Every day feels different, and the company culture is welcoming, motivating, and energizing. One of the things I appreciate most is the openness of the leadership team and my immediate managers. They are genuinely receptive to new ideas, encourage ownership, and create space for people to contribute in meaningful ways. That kind of environment makes it easy to feel inspired and excited about the work. I’ve also really enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate across different teams, learn quickly, and be involved in projects that feel dynamic and impactful. I would recommend ViewLift any day of the week.

Cons

As with any fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly at times, but that also keeps the work dynamic and creates a lot of opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow. It all really depends on what type of work you're looking to do.

Pros

It is a cloud-based streaming platform for full-length movies, television programs, and shorts across 160 countries and has become a trusted partner for several over-the-top devices.

Cons

- The day to day experience involved consistently high workloads and ongoing operational challenges - Staffing levels often felt insufficient, resulting in employees taking on more responsibilities than was sustainable over time - There appeared to be a lack of adequate resources and tools needed to complete tasks efficiently, requiring employees to find solutions independently in many situations - This sometimes made it difficult to maintain productivity and consistency - While business priorities appeared to be strongly focused on results, there seemed to be limited balance in terms of employee support and resource allocation, contributing to fatigue and reduced morale for some staff members
