Pros
Is good to be under the sun and breath fresh air. The environment is very supportive, everybody has experience and are responsible.
Cons
The nature of the job is that is a dangerous one and there are situations that are difficult or impossible to control such as weather conditions (rain, fog, snow), a dark road with a foggy environment and a distracted driver may be very challenging.

Underpaid for level of danger and stress Can be very demanding Spend a lot of money on clothing to accommodate the weather Safety standards are rarely upheld
