I've been working at the company for a little more than two years. It took a bit of time to learn the product because it's very comprehensive, but my co-workers are knowledgeable, helpful and generally nice to be around. People work hard here and understand the value of our product and what customer service means. Quite a few people at my last job were clearly only there for a paycheck, so it's nice to work at a place where people take pride in their work and are committed to improving the product and process. Overall, I'm grateful to be working here.
Cons
A few people work remotely which can make communication more inconvenient than walking over to someone's desk. Other than that, no complaints.

Pros
Great people, there are a lot of long time employees here (10 + years, 15 + years). The pay is above average. Offers sick time in the first year, and then accrued PTO after that. Higher accruals of PTO are given the longer you work here. The Management is respectful, and the job is flexible! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Maybe some updates to the office would be good, but they are actively doing that over time.
