Pros

The team are all very easy to work with. Everyone is very helpful. You have autonomy but you can also reach out to leadership for advice.

Cons

I think it's typical of a growing company some things could be better in terms of processes but I would say they get addressed. I think the organisation is always improving how we do things

Pros

Working at Userpilot comes with numerous advantages, making it hard to summarize them briefly. As a startup, it’s easier to collaborate with colleagues across all departments, fostering teamwork and enabling faster project delivery. The organizational structure is relatively flat compared to other companies, making it more accessible to connect with managers when necessary. The culture of mutual respect among employees creates an ideal environment for both individual growth and team success. Additionally, the company’s policies are designed to support employees, recognizing the need for a flexible system that adapts to personal circumstances. This thoughtful approach ensures a balanced and accommodating work experience.

Cons

While working at a startup like Userpilot has its exciting perks, there are also some challenges worth noting. The fast-paced nature of the job can sometimes lead to longer hours and a heavier workload, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities.
