      Exceptional engineering, very interesting technological challenges, latest technologies. The team culture is one of the strongest aspects, highly collaborative and genuinely supportive. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership and grow. Management has heavily invested in training and development of engineers. Flexibility and work-life balance are respected and encouraged.

      Frequent shift of business direction. Periods with lack of communication of strategy.
