      Toxicity doesn't begin to describe the environment at Unlimited Tech Solutions. Clients brought in without a thorough discovery, leaving them vulnerable to executive lies. A chaotic environment that makes it hard for developers to work. Everyone is overworked to the point of exhaustion. Frustration and dissatisfaction are rampant. Executive team appear indifferent to the problems, and only care about signing more clients. Poor quality work and employee burnout. And if you speak up about your concerns and seek improvements? Better pack your bags because you'll be fired without notice. If you value your career and your sanity, avoid like the plague.

      Pros

      Lots of exposure to problems stemming from mismanagement. Fully remote workplace

      Cons

      Shady business practices force clients to sign on without proper discovery. Untrained product managers will make any developer's life hell and management won't do anything about it. They will burn you out with chaotic projects and then throw you out when you ask for a better quality of work

      Pros

      - great experience with multiple companies, where you learn a ton of RevOps functions, in a short period of time

      Cons

      - little to no care for their employees - impossible standards that are put it on blast when failures occur - do not investigate, just hear a complaint and roll with it the penalty - truly at will employment - no solid middle-management (those that are in place have never managed a team)
