The pay gets pretty decent as you advance in seniority. Decent health benefits.

Cons

One of the worst management teams I’ve ever worked for. Chronically understaffed, poor scheduling, and management treats you like slaves. Poor working conditions, poor moral, instead of staffing properly they try to get by on the bare minimum often leading to staff being over worked. You’ll get written up for the smallest of errors just so they can try and fire you and replace you.

Great summer job with amazing aviation experiences

Good job for the summer times night shifts are good would recommend to grafters but you get to work with amazing planes and see different kind of aviation vehicles some times exiting some times not just like any others jobs I mean aviation is cool place to work at I’ve personally enjoyed working with Unifi great bunch of people hr and management are good

More pay for cleaning teams More staff to support other teams More staff to be trained on other different departments so other staff can have holidays approved
