      Pros

      Great Culture, everyone was so welcoming when I started, both in the marketing team and across the business. The events are fantastic and meaningful in the HR industry. Advantages of remote first, I love having the flexibility to choose when I go into the office.

      Cons

      Could be more done to bring people together for team bonding and company days.

      Pros

      The team! The people at UNLEASH are truly special. They are not just great professionals but also kind, funny, supportive, and fun to be around. You can build strong friendships here and there is always good energy - it’s hard to feel bored or down when you are in the office. The job! I have the opportunity to shape my own processes, bring new ideas to the table and take real ownership of my work. The leadership team is approachable and open, which creates a space for innovation and growth. I have grown so much here - it honestly feels like one year at UNLEASH equals three at other companies. You gain hands-on experience and there is also room to explore different areas of the company if you are interested in other functions. The mission! I really connect with the MVP in a meaningful way, which makes me proud to represent it. It is exciting to work on projects that have a real impact, especially with such a smart and passionate team. Lastly, the pay is fair and competitive for the market, especially when you show what you are capable of.

      Cons

      Not gonna lie - it can be intense. It is fast-paced and sometimes challenging. If you prefer a calm, steady job with a predictable 9-5, this is probably not the right place for you. But if you want to grow, challenge yourself and work in a place where no two days are the same, you will likely enjoy it. It’s not perfect - no company is - but people here care, and we are all working together to create something magical. That is the beauty of it.
