      Pros

      Interesting and Complex project, you never work the same job twice.

      Cons

      There is more management than developers by x3 or more. Company and Project policy make the work harder, not easier. No one can say 'no' to the client, and the developers always suffer for it.

      The people are all very helpful and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      The management seems to lack direction. Usually, it seems like a high school sports team with several co-captains who all think they should be in charge. This issue can cause much confusion and can frustration.
