      CEO hired his own daughter amongst redundancies

      Pros

      Very little if any. Chaotic management. 2 CROs in 2 years have left. Sinking ship. Don’t come to Trulioo if you still want to grow and learn

      Toxic work culture. Poor management. The H&R function (P&C) is useless. Nothing good to say

      Team mates are great, some very smart people

      Cons

      People in senior positions should really be on the front line and not in management. Company is very small from a head count perspective so its pointless having a management ''Team''

      Pros

      Great location in the city centre.

      Cons

      Consistent leadership changes that haven’t delivered positive results. The market is highly competitive, with long sales cycles and limited revenue opportunities. The market is moving very fast, and the top two competitors have more required functionality than Trulioo. When they say something is on the roadmap, it is likely 3 years away. The sales team is struggling to close new logos, and there is high turnover.
