Management works with employees on time off.

Management is lax on discipline issues and allowing some employees to take off more time and refusing the same for others because they are too important.

Pay rate during busy season.
Cons
Management has no integrity and does not know what human relations means. Benefits are extremely over priced. Payroll is never accurate. High turnover rate in staff.
