an incredibly collaborative workplace

Pros

I'm still absolutely in love with this place - the work can be rigorous and psychologically exhausting, but I've never known a company that does a better job of building community and caring about its employees. If you have a problem with something or someone, you'll need to bring it up with your manager - they're not mind-readers - but if you do, they will do everything in their power to help. There's immense opportunity for career growth if you impress them, and you'll be given as much responsibility as you can handle from the very start.

Cons

Work was the first thing I thought about when I woke up in the morning and the last thing I thought about before I fell asleep: your job will in many ways be your life. They build a cozy enough community that you won't *hate* your life, but you'll be juggling enough things that it can be hard to ever really turn off.

Pros

As a boutique agency in San Francisco's FiDi with a close-knit and extremely supportive group of colleagues, TriplePoint is a gem of a workplace! Having minimal PR experience TriplePointers were sure to couple all my tasks with advice and guidance as I learned the ropes of tech and gaming PR through their expertise. Professional development and mentorship were added bonuses to the internship as well! I was provided with lots of opportunities to expand my skill set and I left TriplePoint feeling far more confident in my abilities as a professional.

Cons

I don't have any true cons! One note was that the period of time from my in-person interview to a job offer took a few weeks.

Pros

Many companies claim to be environments for team players, but TriplePoint truly epitomizes this. My co-workers were not only hard workers who knew a ton about technology and games, but also acted as members of the same team and supported each other in every possible way. I always felt like I had support at TriplePoint, both from my peers and my superiors.

Cons

Most of TriplePoint's customer base is located on the West Coast, and the company is adapting accordingly by hiring mainly for openings in their San Francisco office. Any aspiring East Coast applicants should consider looking elsewhere.
